Detailed Description:
The workout will begin with a simple warm-up. This could be an intense cardio session, strength training, or a gentle warming up of all joints. After that, we’ll move on to stretching and elongating the muscles. With deep breathing and relaxation, we’ll do exercises to prepare for the splits, increasing the range of motion with each new repetition. Who knows, by the last session, you might be able to do a full split!
These workouts are suitable for stretching enthusiasts. Equipment needed includes a mat, an elastic band, fitness blocks, and small pillows. The instructor will also explain how to substitute these with everyday items.
